Teachers are reminded to review QECO eligibility requirements before applying for an evaluation.
QECO works exclusively with members of its four governing affiliates. Teachers who do not possess an active membership or who do not meet the exemption criteria will not receive an evaluation.
If a teacher applies without affiliate membership, QECO will notify them by phone or through the “Notes” tab of their current application.
If the issue isn’t resolved, the application is removed. However, the teacher’s account and documents are preserved, allowing them to reapply as soon as they’re eligible.
This approach ensures smoother processing and faster service for everyone.
